Questions, answered
Frequently asked questions about free smart vending in Moscow, ID.
If your question isn't here, just email hello@bulletvending.com — we answer fast.
Is there really no cost to my Moscow, ID property?
Correct. Bullet Vending pays for the smart vending equipment, the installation, the network, the stocking, the maintenance, and the repairs. You provide the floor space and a standard power outlet. We service Moscow, Pullman, Lewiston, and the rest of the Palouse at no cost to qualifying properties.
What kind of vending machines do you install?
We install three types: AI-powered smart coolers (tap-and-grab with computer vision), micro-markets (open shelving with a contactless kiosk), and traditional snack/drink combo machines. We pick the right one for your property and traffic during the free site evaluation.
What's the contract like?
One-page, month-to-month. You can end the relationship at any time with reasonable notice and we'll remove the machine at no cost. We don't use long-term contracts because we don't need to — we'd rather earn the next month.
How do you pick what snacks and drinks to stock?
We start with a curated menu based on your property type, then tune from sales data after two weeks. If your tenants want something specific — local Moscow brands, healthy options, energy drinks, allergen-friendly snacks — just tell us.
How often do you restock the vending machine?
Between 1 and 3 times per week, depending on volume. Our remote monitoring tells us exactly what snacks and drinks are running low, so we show up before things go out of stock.
What happens if a smart vending machine breaks?
We detect most issues remotely before tenants do. For anything that does break, our Moscow, ID-based team is on-site within 24 hours. Refunds for jammed items or failed transactions are issued instantly via the same payment method.
Do you take cash, or only cards?
Our smart coolers and micro-markets are contactless only — tap, swipe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or QR. Classic snack/drink combos can accept cash if your property prefers it.
What about theft from a smart cooler?
Smart coolers use AI vision and require a valid payment method to unlock — every snack or drink taken is itemized and charged. Losses are our problem to manage, not yours.
Is the smart vending equipment energy-efficient?
Yes. Modern LED lighting, variable-speed compressors, and sleep modes when inactive. Most machines draw less than a typical office refrigerator.
How much floor space does a smart cooler or micro-market need?
A smart cooler needs about 2.5' × 2.5' of floor space and a standard outlet. Micro-markets scale from a small alcove up to a full convenience-store footprint. We'll measure and recommend during the free site visit.
Who insures the vending equipment?
We do. The smart vending machines, the snack and drink inventory, and the liability around them are all on Bullet Vending's coverage — not yours.
Do you serve Pullman, WA and the Palouse, or only Moscow, ID?
Both. Bullet Vending is based in Moscow, Idaho but we install and service smart vending machines, AI coolers, and micro-markets throughout the Palouse — Pullman, Lewiston, Clarkston, Genesee, Troy, Potlatch, Colfax, Uniontown, and surrounding communities.
