About us
We're a small, local Moscow, ID team building a better vending company.
Bullet Vending LLC is independently owned and operated out of Moscow, Idaho. We started the company because the vending machine in our own office was a janky, coin-fed embarrassment — and we figured Palouse property managers deserved better.
We're based in Moscow, ID and we work with a small number of properties at a time, on purpose. That's how we keep smart vending machines actually stocked, actually clean, and actually working. It's also how we keep our promises — month-to-month agreements, no contracts, no nonsense.
If you've had a bad experience with a national vending operator in the past — broken machines, missing refunds, sketchy operators — we get it. We built this Moscow-based company assuming you have, and we try to be the opposite of that, every single visit.

We answer the phone. We're at your Moscow or Palouse property within 24 hours. Big national vending operators can't say that.

No setup fees. No hidden minimums. If a location underperforms, we'll relocate at our expense — not penalize you for it.
